In addition to your commute, make sure that the location where you are looking for homes is close to the stores, banks, schools, medical facilities, and recreational activities that you enjoy.

After you make a list that outlines the features, amenities, and locations that  are important to you in a home, be sure to sure this information with your real estate agent. Your agent will work on your behalf to find properties that fit within your budget and also meet your desires as closely as possible. While you may not find a home that has everything on your wish-list and is also in your budget, you and your real estate agent will most likely be successful in finding a home that has your must-haves.
