How to read this table

Gross Scheduled Income is the total annual income from all income-producing areas of the building. Standardized Fixed Expenses include electric, fuel, insurance, taxes, scavenger, and water. Standardized NOI is GSI minus those fixed expenses. Excluded / Discretionary Expenses include items such as management, janitorial, repairs, and other operating expenses that can vary from owner to owner.
